Next Property Bali Completes International Internship Program in September 2026

In September 2026, Next Property Bali successfully completed an international internship program with two students from Builders Francis, France: Perig Le Garrec and Leopold Lebon.

During their internship in Bali, both students participated in technical observation activities focused on structural design planning, construction implementation, and comparative structural analysis.

Perig Le Garrec was assigned to the Dewi Sri Shophouse Planning Project in Kuta, Bali, while Leopold Lebon worked on the Two-Storey Residential House Project in Bedugul, Bali.

Their assignments focused on comparing structural design drawings with actual site conditions and studying the differences between manual structural calculations and structural analysis using ETABS software.

Both students completed their internship reports in French before returning to France.

Following their return, Perig and Leopold expressed their gratitude to the Next Property Bali team for the warm welcome, guidance, and support they received throughout their internship experience.
