The land size is 1000m2, build up 450m2, size pool 80m2.

There are two amazing master bedrooms upstairs, one with a big private balcony overlooking the rice fields, the other with ricefield view from the bath. Downstairs there are two further double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds and one more spa/massage room with a corner bath which can be converted into bedroom 6.

In terms of rental price, I can be somewhat flexible depending on length of contract, number and background of people etc.

The previous tenants paid for a 2 year contract USD 4,750 per month but since then prices have gone up a lot I heard.

If only per month, I ask USD 6,000 but for one year contract lower then that.

Included in these rental rates are:

gardener, pool boy, twice weekly cleaning, garbage collection, Banjar fees, cost of water.
